This message is for a very specific few of you who are just battling between your head and heart. This battle is intense and it often has you at odds with yourself and it doesn't feel great. This battle is just the continuous control you are trying to exercise over your human nature...which is to think and feel. If you want to think, just think. If it's time to feel, just feel. This is much easier said then done, but it comes with an energy of flow which will be beneficial for you to adopt. It will allow you to accept what is, and work with your current circumstances than constantly trying to fight for something that is not possible.

Some of you are denying a natural and authentic part to you that is begging to be let out. Whatever that part of you is, just let it be. Allow it to shine. Give it air to breathe. Let it envelope itself in the flames of desire and passion. Denying this part of who you are is making you miserable and destroying every part of your life. Accept what is or at least start working toward the strength to get there. You won't regret this.

Many of you are burdened by what others think and what they expect of you. Many of you are expecting that they have expectations but there really are not expectations to expect? See how silly and complicated you've made it. Drop the need to please others and work only to please yourself. It's okay to be selfish every once in a while, as long as you keep your ego in check and have compassion in your heart.

You got used to things being at a pause. You were buying time, getting comfortable with the pace of your healing because everything stopped moving and now you could catch up. You disliked the stagnancy at first but then you liked it because it allowed you to work at a pace you were comfortable with when it came to your triggers. Now the universe has kicked things into gear...why? Because it's time.

You see, the comfort zone you got into...wasn't actually helping you grow. Thinking about healing, wondering about healing wasn't the point of this journey. Sure, many of you did a lot work on yourself, and it's gorgeous. But now,...it's time to put all the healing to the test and the universe is taking a front row seat.

Things are picking up fast. Things are moving. Things at times are moving faster than you can catch up. The point will be for you to find the pause in all of this, and to find the healing and truth in all the triggers that come to the surface. Your job is to respond and not react and to hold compassion instead of jumping to conclusions. Your healing will be put to the test as you ascend to the next level of your journey.

Recently we've begun to see things clearly in the love department. The person you are connected to is completely seen and heard by you and they might not like it. You don't like what you see and hear either, but it's the truth. This is a balancing act. Yes, our intuition is guiding us to what really needs to be understood and you know that the matter at hand can be deceiving to the eye, but you know what is really going on. STILL, you are a human living a 3D life and it's important for you to have standards. That's the hard hitting truth...your person is not meeting your standards and it's disappointing. Just let it be. Everyone grows on their own time and you have a whole healing path available to you that promises beautiful things. Take it.
