It’s amazing what a little break can do for your

It’s amazing what a little break can do for your soul. I’m heading into a new week with a renewed attitude. I cannot wait to get back into a routine for work and pleasure that optimizes all the great things I can offer myself and the world. I’m coming back with SO MUCH HEART and a dash of SASS sweetie pies. Okay, maybe more than a dash...but this sass is full of love too.

What are these renewed perspectives you ask?

1) Acceptance. 🙏🏾 It is what it is. That’s the motto. I’m not going to fight for validation and love where it simply doesn’t exist. Everyone is responsible for their energy, their wounds and for the energy they put out there. I can have a world of compassion for others, but if its not returned with the same respect and integrity...BUH BYE!!! We don’t always have to agree to live the same way, but we can be respectful and kind.

2) Love. ♥️ I can have an endless amount to offer the world, but it doesn’t mean others will see and honour it. I choose to move on from people and situations who just only want to see the worst. I am BEAUTY, BLISS AND BLESSINGS, if you cannot see that, then you need some vision correction boo. I mean, I’m not perfect, but I’m perfect and a total PACKAGE. A fine one.

3) Success. 🙌🏾 It’s all based on our own definition, often related to our self-worth...but for me its being content with the effort I’ve put in regardless of the result. It’s about my intention and that’s all that matters. With a good intention and one set from the heart, I can be agile where I need to be and still be happy.

Also, I had Bali Belly while I was away so a good and regular bowel movement is happiness too. Let’s not forget the simple things. 💩

4) Cheese, Coffee and Chocolate. 🧀 ☕️ 🍫 May there always be an endless flowing river of abundance where these two things are concerned. May they never leave my side and may they always bring various flavours to my life.
